About

Vitor Hugo Pereira is an Assistant Lecturer of Anatomy and Pathophysiology in the School of Health Sciences, University of Minho.

He is currently a PhD student in ICVS and the main focus of his research is the interaction between the brain and the heart.

Simultaneously he is a Cardiology resident in the Hospital of Guimarães where he has a special interest in cardiac imaging, namely echocardiography.
