Next Monday at 1 pm, don’t miss Mafalda Machado de Sousa “Predicting the efficacy of internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy from changes in the neurobiological correlates of emotion regulation in obsessive-compulsive” at the A0.03 auditorium in UMinho’s School of Medicine.

Mafalda Machado de Sousa has an educational background in clinical psychology. She has vast work experience in clinical practice, which allowed her to develop different approaches and techniques in the treatment of psychiatric disorders, particularly in obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders. She is currently in the final stages of the PhD in Health Sciences at ICVS, working on a project that aims to develop an online cognitive-behavioral therapy program for obsessive-compulsive disorder.
