Requirements:
- PhD in Health Sciences;
- Certified course in laboratory animal experimentation, with individual accreditation by DGAV – Direção-Geral da Alimentação e Veterinária;
- Demonstrated experience in glioblastoma research;
- Experience in the establishment of patient-derived glioblastoma cultures;
- Experience with intracranial orthotopic mouse models of glioma;
- Experience in in vivo cancer models, including drug administration and tumor imaging;
- Experience in drug delivery systems for cancer treatment;
- Proven participation in funded projects related to the project’s field.

The research group led by Bruno M. Costa at ICVS is seeking expressions of interest for the position of an Invited Assistant Researcher within the scope of the “la Caixa” Foundation-funded project “Loco-radiolysed treatment for glioblastoma self-enhanced chemotherapy and targeted RNA delivery”. The selected candidate will join the group dedicated to studying glioblastoma, particularly their mechanisms of aggressiveness, the identification of new biomarkers, and the development of novel potential therapies.
