Next Monday at 1 pm, don’t miss Catarina Barbosa-Matos “Immunoregulatory role of c-MET in pulmonary disease” at the A0.03 auditorium in UMinho’s School of Medicine.

Catarina Barbosa-Matos completed her Master’s degree in Health Sciences at the School of Medicine, University of Minho, in 2018. Catarina is finishing her PhD in Health Sciences at the ICVS/School of Medicine, University of Minho, supervised by Dr. Sandra Costa and Dr. Cristina Cunha. Her main interests are in the study of pulmonary immunity, particularly in pulmonary fibrosis and aspergillosis. During her PhD, Catarina focused on the role of the tyrosine kinase receptor c-MET in the pulmonary immune response.
