Don´t miss Isabel Soares “ProChild CoLab Against Poverty and Social Exclusion (ProChild CoLAB)”. Isabel Soares recently won the “Prémio Ibérico de Psicologia 2023” award.

Isabel Soares is a full professor at the School of Psychology at the University of Minho, clinical psychologist and psychotherapist.
She was President of the School of Psychology between 2013-2016 and is currently Director of the Department of Applied Psychology.
His activity as a teacher falls within the areas of Developmental Psychology, Developmental Psychopathology and Attachment Studies.
In terms of research, he is a member of the Center for Research in Psychology at the University of Minho,
being coordinator of the Unit for Research on Development and Psychopathology and responsible for the Study Group on Attachment and Parenting.
With several projects financed by FCT and Fundação Bial and national and international publications,
her research has focused on the impact of social and family adversity on children’s development.
In the field of interaction with society, she was the Researcher Responsible for the application
of the Collaborative Laboratory against Poverty and Social Exclusion in Childhood, named ProChild CoLAB, approved and funded by FCT, currently President of the Board.
