ICVS Flow Cytometry Facility provides cutting-edge instrumentation for analysis and high-speed cell sorting, and advanced data analysis software to support pioneering biological and biomedical research.

Empowering researchers with 24/7 access, our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies:

BD FACSAria™ Fusion (Cell Sorter)

  • 16 detectors | 4 lasers (Violet, Blue, Yellow-Green, Red)

  • Multi-format sorting: up to 4 populations simultaneously into tubes, 96/384-well plates, or microscope slides

  • Housed inside a dedicated BSL-2 biosafety cabinet for safe handling of human and biohazardous samples

BD FACSymphony™ A1 (Analyzer)

  • 16 detectors | 4 lasers (Violet, Blue, Yellow-Green, Red)
  • Equipped with a High-Throughput Sampler (HTS) for automated plate-based acquisition
  • Featuring a Small Particle Detector (SPD) module for extracellular vesicle (EVs) and nanoparticle resolution
