The Life and Health Sciences Research Institute (ICVS), R&D Unit of the School of Medicine of the University of Minho, announces the award of 1 (one) Executive Office Support position in a contract of uncertain duration to carry out the following functions:
• Provide administrative support to the Institute’s Directive Board.
• Organize and maintain the Directive Board’s institutional agenda.
• Assist in the organization of meetings, including preparation of agendas, drafting of minutes, and follow-up of Directive Board decisions.
• Prepare and draft institutional documents, circulars, reports, and official communications.
• Collaborate in the organization of events and scientific initiatives, and liaise with partner institutions, researchers, and internal bodies.

This must be accompanied by a detailed Curriculum Vitae and the Academic Qualification Certificate. If the degree was awarded by a foreign higher education institution, proof of recognition of the degree by a Portuguese higher education institution is mandatory by the application deadline, in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law No. 66/2018, of August 16 (with the exception of situations falling under the provisions of article 25 of the aforementioned legal diploma).
