Degree in Biology, Marine and Fisheries (University of Algarve) and Master`s degree in Marine Sciences-Marine Resources (University of Porto – ICBAS). Additionally, it has the Higher Technician Course in Occupational Safety and Hygiene and the OHSAS 18001:2007 Internal Safety Auditors Qualification Course.
Worked as a Research Technician at CIIMAR (Interdisciplinary Center for Marine and Environmental Research), in Porto; as a Senior Technician at CESPU (Cooperative Higher Education, Polytechnic and University) in Vila Nova de Famalicão and as a Quality Control Technician at Continental Mabor in Vila Nova de Famalicão.
From 2014 to the present, works as a Research Technician at the EM/ICVS (School of Medicine/Institute of Life and Health Sciences) at the University of Minho, in Braga, where is part of a Core Facility that provides technical and scientific services for the Institution, both in the area of Molecular Biology and in the area of Safety and Health at Work, where it carries out Internal Audits and provides Training in the area of Safety and First Aid. In addition, she participated in the management and diagnostic analysis of COVID-19 and has already provided technical and operational support to training activities within the scope of Biomedical Simulation in the LAC (Clinical Aptitude Laboratories) of EM.
