Igor Gil

Igor Gil holds a degree in Applied Foreign Languages from the University of Minho. As a scholarship holder at the Centre for Humanistic Studies of the University of Minho, he provided technical and administrative support for research and in the organisation of national and international scientific events. He also has extensive professional experience in the field of translation (both in-house and freelance), having developed various technical skills associated with translation tools, project management, budgeting, and invoicing, with direct contact with companies and clients. In November 2024, he joined the Internationalisation Affairs Office of the School of Medicine, to support the management and implementation of international projects, mobility programmes, cooperation activities and events, thus aiming to contribute to the internationalisation mission of both the School and UMinho.
