Isabel Cristina dos Santos Rocha holds a Degree in Psychology (Faculty of Philosophy, Portuguese Catholic University, 2013). She is a Superior Technician at the School of Medicine (EM)/Life and Health Sciences Research Institute (ICVS), with contract since 2008. Cristina Rocha is part of the Human Resources Management Team at the ICVS/EM, being responsible for the planning and implementation of procedures for international recruitment and retention of researchers, namely responsible for procedures regarding the hiring, renewal, extension, cancellation and termination of contracts of the ICVS Researchers and Scholarship holders. Additionally, she is also responsible for the response to data reporting instruments relating to human resources involved in R&D institutions, as well as to other requests made by competent bodies and regulatory entities.
