Juliana Fernandes concluded the 5th year of medicine in the School of Medicine of University of Minho and enrolled in the MD/PhD program, under the supervision of Dr. Hugo Almeida. In her PhD, she aims to characterize the impact of chronic neuropathic pain on rodents’social behavior and explore the role of oxytocin on this interplay.
