Paula Ariño-Braña is a psychologist who pursued a research career after earning a Master’s degree in Brain and Behaviour Research from Jaume I University (Spain). She currently works with the Neuropsychology and Functional Neuroimaging (NFN) Research Group at Jaume I University, driven by her interest in neuroscience and neuroimaging techniques. She focuses on studying sex/gender differences in brain stress responses within a multidimensional framework, with ongoing research in this area as well as in the multidimensional study of anxiety symptomatology with neuroimaging techniques and neurogenetic biomarkers. In her role, she has gained experience with meta-analytic techniques and functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging data analysis. Paula has also contributed to the scientific community by presenting her research at conferences, such as the 36th ECNP Congress, and publishing her work in the Jaume I University journal Àgora Salut.
