MCH/COX2-depend regulation of neuronal function and neuroinflammation in Alzheimer’s disease
In this project we will study how sleep-active hypothalamic MCH-system contributes for brain homeostasis through the regulation of an enzyme COX2, involved in lipid metabolism and synaptic function
