About

Degree in Pathological Anatomy from the School of Health Technology of Porto, Portugal (2007). Master in Genetics Molecular in School of Sciences 5 (2009) and PhD in Health Sciences from the University of Minho,Portugal (2013). During her PhDs she performed her research in tumor cell metabolism  and Development biology. She performed part of the PhD in the group of hypoxia and metabolism at Institute of Research of Cancer and Aging (IRCAN), Nice, France. Since 2014 she is postdoctoral fellowship in the oncobiology field at the ICVS.

The main research interests are: molecular and cellular biology of solid tumors and tumor cell metabolism;
