Hands-on and theoretical course on the basis of laparoscopic exploration of the common bile duct is the maintenance of the biliary environment. Training includes choledocoscopy, cholangiography, suture, and biliary anastomosis on inanimate, organic, and animal models.

Tatiana P Morais (TPM) is a postdoctoral researcher at the Life and Health Sciences Research Institute. TPM has a degree in Health Sciences and a master's degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of Lisbon.
